Hi there!

My mom and I treated ourselves to a super relaxing spa and shopping day! We heard about the Burt Grant Aveda Salonspa in Arlington and decided to spend the day in the area.

We first went to the Arlington Highlands and of course the first stop was Ulta! I was running out of my hair products so I got two of my must have items: John Frieda Beach Blonde Sea Salt Spray (not just for blondes!) and the John Frieda Frizz Ease Serum. These are two products that I use daily. I also got some new makeup brushes! I have been hesitant to get behind the beauty blender trend but I bought one today and we'll see if I like it! With my purchase they gave the new ulta palette that I am super excited to try. It retails for $68 but they currently have a special where if you buy items from the ulta brand that equal more than $16.45 they gift the palette.

After a lunch at Which Wich we headed over to the spa. The spa is right near UT Arlington in a house built in 1904! The first floor is the reception and the spa is on the second floor. I had an amazing facial!! The aesthetician was very knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns and skin problems. 100% recommend, my mom and I are thinking of returning next week to try out their massages!

This is the new ulta palette. It has a ton of different eye shadow colors, blush, bronzer & highlighter. As well as two lip glosses and an eye liner. This will be so great for my upcoming trip! I'll have everything I need!

These are the items I got! The Garnier Micellar Cleanser is what I use to remove my make-up but it's difficult to find the travel size so when I saw it near the register, I had to buy it!
